About the event
The lighter nights and better weather call for some coastal expeditions. There is nothing quite like being in the mountains from sunrise to sunset, with views of the ocean in every direction.
We will be running our annual expedition on the Isle of Arran, taking in one of the best ridges in the UK outside of the Skye Cuillin.
Join us for 3 days and 2 nights, meeting on Friday in Glen Rosa on the Isle of Arran where we will camp for the night, have a BBQ and firepit. Saturday morning we will pack our kit in order to move into the mountains where we will spend the night after traversing the A’Chir ridge. The ridge itself has some of the finest scrambling in the UK, as well as 2 abseils. Saturday night we will spend the night in the mountains before waking on Sunday to summit Arran’s highest…
