Expeditions are not all about blue skies and perfect weather. Some of the most rewarding trips, are the ones you feel as if you've earned once you're back home.

There is nowhere else in the UK that will test you as much as the Scottish mountains in winter. Conditions can be brutally testing and you may not feel like you've enjoyed the battles at the time however, once you are home you are sure to feel immense satisfaction at what you have managed to achieve.

Spend 2 days and one night in the UK's largest national park. Summit attempts of various Munro's over the course of the weekend, learning winter skills throughout. You will come away with better planning skills, better decision making, better resilience and an all round better knowledge of mountain skills.

Is this course for me?

​

This course is designed for beginners with no experience and those who want to build on their previous experience.

​You should be fit enough to stay active over an 8 hour day in challenging and cold conditions.
